Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most customers receive their bats within this timeframe.

Expedited Shipping: Need your bat faster? We offer overnight and 2-day shipping options. Contact us for pricing.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your bat, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Bat must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We're happy to exchange your bat for another option. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Bats

If your bat arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please take photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranties

All bats sold by Rochester Maple Bats come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand:

Marucci: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
Victus: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
Old Hickory: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
Annex: 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects

What's Covered

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues like premature cracking due to wood grain defects, manufacturing flaws in the turning process, or finish defects.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, breakage from regular use, damage from hitting on the logo or handle area, and cosmetic issues that don't affect performance are not covered by warranty.

Important Note: Wood bats are natural products and can break during normal use. This is not considered a defect. We recommend keeping multiple bats in your bag.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the bat and the issue, and a description of the problem. We'll work with the manufacturer to process your claim quickly.
